Chicken Parmesan

INGREDIENTS
- 4 boneless chicken breasts (pounded to 1/2 inch thick)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- seasoned bread crumbs
- mozzarella cheese
- 1 jar (16 oz) spaghetti sauce
- parmesan cheese

PREPARATION
Wisk together the egg and 1/2 cup of milk. Dip the chicken breast in this mixture and then into the bread crumbs. In a skillet with a thin layer of vegetable oil over medium heat, brown on both sides until golden. Set chicken in baking dish. Shred mozzarella cheese over the chicken with your own discretion, but the more cheese the better. Pour 1 jar of spaghetti sauce over everything. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and a tad more shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.

AFTER THOUGHTS
This dish turned out amazing for being the first dinner I would share with my house friends. If you like a lot of sauce on your pasta noodles it would be wise to get a slightly larger jar of spaghetti sauce so that you aren't left with some plane noodles. Otherwise this dinner was exceptional and I would definitely recommend it.
